Lawrence Jewelers is proud to offer the Peace of Mind Warranty (POM), which is a five year renewable extended service and repair plan available for your Lawrence Jewelers purchase* at an additional charge. POM covers your jewelry item for a full five years from the date of purchase and gives you peace of mind that if anything happens to your jewelry, we will be there to help!
What the warranty includes:
In consideration of purchase of this plan, Lawrence Jewelers will furnish the labor and materials necessary to maintain the merchandise covered by this warranty. Nothing herein shall obligate Lawrence Jewelers to repair or replace materials resulting from excessive or abusive treatment of the merchandise other than normal wear and tear. POM is not a replacement for insurance and applies only to the use of this merchandise under conditions for which it was designed. It does not cover loss or damage resulting from fire, flooding, sand, dirt, windstorm, hair, lightening, earthquake, theft, misuse, abuse, or Acts of God. In no event shall Lawrence Jewelers be liable for consequential damage or delays in rendering service under this plan, or loss of use during the period that the merchandise is being repaired or awaiting parts. Rush service and shipping are not covered by this plan.
*The Peace of Mind Plan is not available on Tungsten or jewelry containing Emerald, Tanzanite, Opal, or Pearl, unless otherwise noted.
What is required:
This warranty is only valid if jewelry is cleaned and inspected every six months, and documented by store personnel in our computer system. At that time we will recommend any necessary repairs. Customers must and shall perform all maintenance required by any warranty to maintain the merchandise in useable and wearable condition. Loss or damage resulting from failure to comply with the recommended service is not covered by POM. As long as your inspections are up-to-date and the damage happened under normal wear, we will assess the damage and prioritize the repair and return of the items covered by the plan policy. All repairs must be completed by Lawrence Jewelers or a repair center of our choice or you will void your POM Plan. This plan is non-refundable and non-transferable plan, for the benefit of the original customer or the receiver of merchandise (in case of a gift).
Lawrence Jewelers strives to offer the best quality merchandise and stands behind those products. However, the occasional defect can still occur. Our dedication to exceptional customer service is reflected in our complimentary New Purchase Warranty. For one year after purchase, we guarantee repair or exchange of any product deemed to have a manufacturing defect in material or workmanship.

Lawrence Jewelers offers complimentary cleaning and inspections of your jewelry for the life of the piece. It is highly recommended that you have your jewelry inspected every six months for preventative purposes. If the recommended repairs are not completed, Lawrence Jewelers is not liable for any damage or loss that may occur.
Lawrence Jewelers stands behind all work done in our repair shop with a limited one year warranty on all repairs and redesigned or refurbished jewelry, unless otherwise noted.

*Gemstone must be set in a jeweler recommended setting. In case of prong replacement or re-tipping, only valid if all prongs were repaired by Lawrence Jewelers.

All PANDORA jewelry products are covered by a one year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
